We are able to carry out pickling procedures on components, structures and machinery made entirely of stainless steel. We have a tank (6.4 m long - 3.5 m wide - useful depth 3.5 m) of about 80,000 liters containing acids in aqueous solution:
- hydrofluoric acid
- nitric acid
- sulfuric acid
Pickling is carried out through the following phases:
- Degreasing. The components are sprayed with a degreaser and then cleaned with water with a pressure washer.
- Immersion. The components are immersed in the pickling tank making sure they are completely lapped by the fluid and maintained for a minimum period of 10 hours.
- Wash. The components, once removed from the pickling tank, are washed with water using a pressure washer, eliminating all welding residues and acids.
