Automatic pneumatic stamping press
To be used for pressing any fibre in dyeing baskets. The machine is made up by a strong platform in steel sheets and electro welded profiles where the dyeing baskets are placed and connected with special blockings.
Behind the platform there is a column, where, in top, are placed the mechanism for the for the alternative vertical movement of the 2 rods made out of light alloy. The continuous and reciprocating movement of both rods is made by drop and that gives a strong ramming of the material that has to be gradually put in the baskets.
The machine has a special shower on the column that is giving a constant pressure inflow of water (connection to the water lined to be performed by buyer) .The rammer is of strong manufacture and requires only a minimum of maintenance
All the working operations are made automatically by a separated electric control panel.

Technical description:
Revolving cage: in stainless steel is well balanced statically and dynamically and is suitable strengthened with steel rings.
Base: is formed by sturdy triangle, shaped in steel. On this are arranged 3 supporting studs with a sphere-shaped oscillating connection. The base which supports the revolving cage is in cast iron.
Cage base in cast iron: it is circular shaped. The cage pivoting upon a conical support. On this support the steel cage shaft turns assembled on all bearings and lubrificated by oil.
External plating: This machine is manufactured in stainless steel sheet. It is strongly connected and rust-proof at the cast iron base. The external plating may be easily removed for internal inspection.
Control of the machine: the hydro extractor has the revolving cage driven by an electric motor, attached to a support on the side of the cast-iron base. On its shaft a special clutch pulley with brake lining is arranged for the progressive starting of the unit. The drive from the motor, to the central pulley is through V belts.
Brake: the hydro extractor is equipped with a tape brake which acts directly on an apposite rings, of large diameter on the cast-iron base of the cage. Its functioning is semiautomatic, actuated by a hand lever from lesff toward right you interrupt the current to the motor and a gradual stopping in the minimum of allowed time.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Available either in the standard size or extra long for very large production requirements. Delivery spiked lattice made of PVS non-static belt supported by seasoned beech-wood bars-stainless steel pins. Doffing comb on delivery provided with set of brushes and blandes for efficent combined action. The comb has a ø 300 mm. to prevent problems from winding up of fibres around the same drive to the two above combs is by variable speed units.

DRYING TECHNIQUE
Hot air distribution is through perforated metal panels with different diameters of the holes allowing for a most distribution of the heat into the material and thus the highest efficeny. The perforated panels are very easy to remove for occasioanl cleaning and maintenance.The air flow is from powerful blowing fans,min.800 Cubic/meter per minute. The fans are protected with zinc-plated steel nets easy to remove for cleaning. Recovery of hot air for re-cycling is through the lateral tunnels and exaust of satured air through the top smoke-hood
