Equipment for rope-dyeing knitted and woven fabrics in natural or man-made fibres or blends. Fabric weights may range from 50 to 600 gr/mt. The machine is supplied in two versions, for dyeing at 98 °C or 140 °C. The WaterFlow mod. 800/HT is a machine that works with a reduced liquor ratio and can be equipped, optionally, with all the devices for rapid processing with reactive dyes. The bath preparation tank, with forced discharge via pump, drainage + washing combined at high temperature, and other features, ensure total quality in dyeing, with highly competitive process time. The variable speed plaiter makes it possible to load and plait large quantities of fabric in the holding chambers specially designed to eliminate the problem of konts and fabric progression.

• Reduced distance between drive reel and holding chamber (80 cm) to prevent tension on the fabric.
• Variable speed with inverter (optional) depending on fabric weight between 50 and 400 mt/min.
• Variable bath ratio from 1:4 - 1:7 depending on type of fabric.
• Different sizes of holding chamber to optimize loading capacity.
